The situation

One of the hardest implant cities in the country.

Every implant search in the city was already spoken for. The opening was somewhere else.

  • Over 200 practicesmarketing implants in the same area
  • Three of the top fivehad the treatment in their business name, which Google treats as a head start nobody can out-work
  • Two corporate-backed groupsspending centrally against the same searches
  • The practice ranked nowherein the top ten for any full-arch search
  • Their website had one pagecalled “Dental Implants” and nothing about cost or financing
The opening

Full-arch was wide open. Nobody was defending it.

Generic implant searches were locked up by three practices with the treatment in their name. Full-arch and All-on-4 were a different picture entirely. No name advantage, thin pages across the board, and nobody publishing a price.

Those cases were worth four to six times a single implant. A smaller number of searches, a far bigger number at the end of them.

We aimed everything at the treatment with the biggest cases and the weakest defense.

The work

Aimed at the treatment nobody was defending.

The same four steps, pointed at full-arch instead of the search everyone else was fighting over.

01

A page for every case type

Separate pages for full-arch, All-on-4 and implant-supported dentures. Each one answers a different patient asking a different question, so each one can rank on its own.

02

The cost conversation, in public

Full-arch price ranges, financing options and what insurance really covers. The practice resisted this hardest. It became the highest-converting content on the site.

03

Nobody waits for an answer

Call tracking showed 38 calls a month going unanswered. Every new inquiry now gets a text back within a minute, day or night.

What surprised them
1

The unanswered calls were worth more than the rankings. Thirty-eight a month, mostly at lunch and after five, in a practice where one case is worth $25,000.

2

That was fixed in the first three weeks and paid for the year before anything moved on Google.

3

It is the first thing we look at now, in every practice, because almost nobody is measuring it.

You cannot out-work a competitor whose business name is the search term. You can go where they are not.

Pick the fight with the biggest cases and the weakest defense.

The generic implant search had four practices spending hard against each other. Full-arch, worth six times as much per case, had nobody defending it properly. Same city, same budget, completely different outcome.
