Then it's taken and we won't sell it twice. If your market is locked, we'll tell you straight up and put you on a waitlist in case the current contractor leaves. Some metros we haven't activated yet are still open, so it's worth applying to find out before someone else locks it.

Leads land in whatever CRM you already use, whether that's ServiceTitan, Jobber, JobNimbus, AccuLynx, Roofr, GoHighLevel, or just your inbox. If your tool has an API or a webhook, we plug into it. If you don't have one, the leads come straight to you.

Because we look at your market as a list of specific properties, not a generic audience. We watch every roofing related building permit nationwide, the public property records for every home in your area, owner tenure and recent purchase activity, plus weather and storm signals. Most roof replacements are driven by age and the natural property cycle, not a single storm. When the combination of signals says a particular house is more likely than others to need a roof in the next 12 months, that house surfaces in your queue. Generic ads spread your budget across all 100 homes in a zip code. We hand you the seven that actually matter.

The setup fee covers the site build, schema markup, Google Business Profile optimization, the review generation system, integration into your CRM, and warming up the data pipeline for your zip codes. Everything after that rolls into your monthly. We're not nickel and diming you for extras after you're in.
