Dental marketing · Full-arch & All-on-X

Full-arch marketing
for the cases that change your year.

One full-arch case can be worth more than a month of hygiene. We get independent practices found for full-arch searches, and ready for the patients who make them.

Short answer

Full-arch patients search differently from single-implant patients: they start with cost, financing and “teeth in a day”, and they compare several practices before they book. The practices that win them rank on the map for full-arch searches specifically, publish an honest cost and financing page, show the doctor’s full-arch experience, and answer the phone fast. Generic implant marketing misses most of that.

Results from our full-arch & all-on-x work

Prior dental engagements, practice identities anonymized. Each reflects its own market and starting point; results vary and are not a promise of future outcomes.

Why full-arch is often the opening

In many markets, generic implant searches are crowded. Practices with the treatment in their name, group practices and big advertisers all compete for “dental implants near me”. Full-arch searches are often a different picture: fewer practices with a page for them, thin content, and almost nobody explaining cost.

That was the opening in our full-arch engagement. The practice was outside the top 20 for every full-arch search in a metro with over 200 implant practices. Three of the top five had the treatment in their business name. The practice aimed everything at full-arch instead, and reached second on the map within twelve months. Read the case study.

Someone typing “full-arch implants cost near me” is already far down the funnel. Organic search tends to bring patients who are researching seriously, which is why it fits full-arch so well. We don’t run ads; plenty of practices run them alongside.

What full-arch patients need before they book

  • Cost, honestly: the factors that set the price, what’s included (extractions, temporaries, the final prosthesis), and a range if you’re comfortable publishing one. Pages that hide cost lose these patients to the practice that explains it.
  • Financing that’s real: the plans you accept, typical terms, and how the monthly payment works. This is the question that decides most full-arch consults.
  • The doctor: full-arch training, years of experience and who does the surgery and the restoration. State credentials accurately; “specialist” wording is regulated in many states.
  • The timeline: consult, scans, surgery day, temporaries, final teeth. Patients want to picture it.
  • Alternatives: dentures vs full-arch, snap-in dentures vs fixed. Comparison pages rank, and they build trust.
  • Proof: before-and-after photos with each patient’s written authorization, and reviews from real patients in their own words.

A note on “All-on-4”

“All-on-4” is a registered trademark of Nobel Biocare. Practices use it widely, and patients search for it, but how you use it depends on the system you use and your own legal advice. Many practices write “full-arch”, “All-on-X” or “fixed full-arch implants” in headings and mention the brand name where it’s accurate. We match your page language to what you actually provide.

Google Business Profile for full-arch

  • Services: list full-arch as its own service with a plain description, separate from single implants.
  • Categories: “Dentist” or your specialty as primary; secondary categories only for work you do.
  • Photos: your surgical suite, scanner and team. Patient photos only with written authorization.
  • Reviews: full-arch patients are often your most grateful. Ask every patient the same neutral way; never reply with treatment details.

The part nobody markets: the phone

Full-arch leads are expensive to lose. In our full-arch engagement, 38 calls a month were going unanswered at the start. That number fell to 4. We don’t run your front desk, and we never need patient records, but our tests show where inquiries arrive and we’ll tell you when the phone is the leak.

What we do for full-arch practices

  • Visibility test: full-arch searches from 25+ points around the office, AI answers to full-arch questions, and a side-by-side with the practices that win. Free.
  • Full-arch pages: cost and financing, the process, dentures vs full-arch, the doctor’s experience. Clinician-approved.
  • Google Business Profile: full-arch services, categories, photos and a steady review process.
  • Structured data and listings: so Google and AI assistants can read that you offer full-arch, and where.
  • Re-testing: same grid, same questions, so progress is measured.

FAQ

Is full-arch worth marketing separately from implants?

Usually, yes. The searches, the questions and the competition are different, and the case value is several times a single implant. In many markets full-arch is less contested than generic implant searches.

Should we publish full-arch prices?

Cost is the first thing these patients search for. Explaining cost honestly, with a range or the factors that set it, tends to win the patients who are serious. It should match what your team quotes on the consult.

Can we use “All-on-4” on our website?

It’s a Nobel Biocare trademark. Whether and how you use it depends on the system you use and your own legal advice. We can write full-arch pages that rank without depending on the brand name.

How long before we see full-arch consults?

A clear full-arch page and a fixed profile can start converting existing demand within weeks. In our full-arch engagement the first case came in month two; second place on the map took about twelve months in a tough metro. Your market sets the pace.

Do you run ads for full-arch?

No. We do the organic work: the map, the pages and AI visibility. If you run ads, the same pages make them convert better.

Do you need patient information?

No. Our work is your public presence. Before-and-after photos need your patients’ written authorization, which your practice collects and keeps.
