Can patients find their treatment?
Use clear service names and logical navigation. A single page called Services rarely answers the questions of someone comparing a specific treatment.
Can they understand the next step?
Make your contact options clear. Check the phone link, request form and directions on a real mobile phone. Test the error state as well as a successful submission.
Does the content reflect the practice?
Use accurate doctor biographies, services, locations and office details. Have your clinical team approve care information before it is published.
Is it comfortable to read?
Check type size, contrast and spacing. Pages should work on a small screen and when a reader increases text size. Images should support the topic rather than bury the next step.
Can you measure what matters?
Decide which aggregate measures will tell you whether the site is helping. Keep advertising and analytics systems separate from patient records.
